Sponsored Silent Read For Syrian Refugees

As the conflict in Syria deteriorates, more and more families are losing everything. Over 4 million children are in urgent need of help, with more than 1 million having fled to neighboring countries. That’s the equivalent of all of the children in Wales being uprooted and left homeless. These families have experienced the unthinkable and are now left with nothing.

It’s easy to feel powerless in the face of so much suffering, but this week years 7, 8 and 9 will be reading silently for 90 minutes to raise money to aid Syrian Refugees.

Please help them reach their target of raising £10 each.school

Many Thanks

Year 11 Savio Retreat 25th – 27th September

071Our retreat at Savio House was amazing. Some pupils who had hardly spoken to one another, except to say ‘hello’, became friends. Everyone grew closer.

There will be many happy memories from the experience.

Every response I have received has said, ‘I would recommend Savio to the next Year 11’.

The leaders were great. It was an emotional, exciting and eye opening experience, a brilliant couple of days.
